What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear without the protective liner cannot be returned.
How should I care for my ISMÊ swimwear?
To ensure the longevity of your pieces, always hand wash them in cold water with a mild detergent after use. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or ironing, as high heat can damage the elasticity and vibrancy of the fabric.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
